1/2 cup chickpea flour
3/4 cup water
a bleach of salt

Method

– mix all the ingredients into a bowl, use the non-stick pan over mid heat,
– put around 2 tablespoon of oil and put the mixture into the pan,cook each side until golden colours,
– serve with some black pepper.

1/2 cup farine de pois chiche
3/4 eau
pincée de sel

Méthode

–  Mettez tous les ingrédients dans un grand bol, mélangez bien
– Utilisez une poêle antiadhésive à mi feu avec 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile
– cuire chaque côté jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés.
– Servir avec poivre noir
